On a recent trip to Orkney Islands, I swam a few times sin the sea. This was an initially cold but ultimately enjoyably invigorating experience. I wanted to be able to say that I had swam in the sea in those Islands when I returned to Berkshire, so that was my primary reason, but I found out there are many other benefits.
