Where did Covid 19 come from?

Freedom Day is here, at last. Well, kind of here, at last. In fact, following pressure from the multinational news networks, bemoaning the risks of not wearing masks, not socially distancing and not living in fear of the Coronavirus 19 infection rate, the government have offered some caveats to our freedom. For example, face coverings are now still compulsory on public transportation, even though we were told getting the vaccine will give us our freedom. For those who want more government, Freedom Day is not welcome, and for those that want less government, this is a step in the right direction, but irritatingly slow. Was it all this unnecessary? Was it all made up?
Nearly 18 months since Covid 19 was officially detected by the authorities in Wuhan, China, we are beginning to see a very different explanation of its origin that differs starkly to the narrative unrelentingly perpetuated throughout the mainstream media. The opposing theory (lab-theory) surfaced about a month after the outbreak began in the UK last year; that the virus was man-made and had come from the laboratory in Wuhan, rather than bats, or other animals slaughtered and sold in the local Wuhan market. Any other explanation was immediately dismissed in the mainstream media as a conspiracy perpetuated by right-wing extremists and nationalists who supported former President Donald Trump. The fact that President Donald Trump called it the Chinese virus, added fuel to the fire so the mainstream media overtly accused him of anti-Asian rhetoric and subsequent anti-Asian hate crimes. However, the now US president, Joe Biden, has announced that he has asked for an in-depth inquiry into the new lab-theory, to see if there is more validity in the idea that the virus was invented in a laboratory and deliberately let lose amongst an unsuspecting world.
Usually, by now, we would know where the virus comes form, and usually from another animal in the food chain; birds, bats etc.… But the fact that we have no evidence of animals carrying the virus and there is a huge laboratory in Wuhan, Wuhan Institute of Virology (HIV) that has been built for the sole purpose of studying coronavirus, something it has been doing for over a decade now, suggests there may be a link. Several current and former employees have claimed that the institute is deliberately building a virus that China can use against the world and that Covid 19 is the latest in the line. And that there is a Huanan wet market about 40 minutes away by car where the virus was first detected, amongst people, not the animals sold in the market so no proven link. Some have argued that may have been an unaltered virus from the wild that was then engineered further to make it stronger in order to do as much harm as it could, but the overarching idea here being that the Chinese government have been working on a virus similar for some time and that this is the latest of many, designed to kill many of the world’s population, a viral weapon.
When president Joe Biden came to office, he shut down and investigation, set up by President Donald Trump, to investigate the origin of the virus. Biden’s Chief Medical Officer, Anthony Fauci declared that the virus was from another primate but reports of three members of the Wuhan laboratory being taken ill with the virus in October 2019 surfaced, meaning President Biden has had to set up the investigation in to weather the virus came from human contact with infected animals or if it was engineered in a lab. Upon hearing this, the former President, Trump has said that this is evidence of the USA’s dangerously close relationship with the WHO (World Health Organization) which is now run by the Chinese government and that the virus is dee facto a viral weapon.
In order to alley these fears that WHO are run by the Chinese government, WHO decide to fly to Wuhan and investigate the lab-leak claims. A group of scientists, paid by the WHO, spent 12 days in Wuhan, visited the laboratory in question and concluded that the lab-leak theory was just a right-wing, conspiracy theory, made to ramp up anti-Asian hate in the western world. Yet, the director General of WHO, Dr Tedros Ghebreyesus, called for a new investigation, concluding “All hypotheses remain open and require further study.”
What of Dr Fauci? He claimed it could have only come form a primate, yet he now says, he is “not convinced” it may be natural. His words are concerning, as an email has now emerged directly linking Dr Fauci with the Wuhan lab in question, and, in the email, he is congratulated for maintaining his claim that the virus has come from other primates. So, there is clearly a conflict of interests there.
Throughout, of course, China has claimed the virus originated in the local wet market, or perhaps from food sources brought in by the country, but not the lab. The Chinese government has spared no expense showing that the virus is not man-made and used its power and control of the WHO to repeat their claims and counterclaims, while accusing western media outlets, not under Chinese control, of smearing lies. And for some months the WHO has been pushing a counter-theory of “natural origin” where the virus just spread naturally form animals to humans, and that it had spread for a while before the latest strain, which is causing all the suffering. Yet, scientists around the world have found no connection with an intermediary host, such as bats or any animal that matches the genetic make-up of Covid19, increasing the general belief amongst many that the virus is man-made.
There is still the “zoonotic” theory because all previous virus crossovers have come from animals that are in continuous close contact with humans. Millions of minks were killed because of the fear that they might be carriers, yet this was unproven and with hindsight, a big, yet understandable, mistake. And many people will believe what they believe, regardless of the facts, and in the face of all that we are told by the experts.
The question here is why do people not believe the experts? After all, they know what they are talking about? The short answer is that the experts have become corrupted by the narrative, just like experts before and since, but more people are aware. More people question the government, experts and officialdom in all its forms, so the truth is less likely to be accepted.
And this leads us back to the most credible answer to the origins of the virus; Likely Chinese and man-made. This has significant socio-political ramifications, if true. Officially has had only 84,000 cases, yet over a billion in population, while the UK has had over 3 million case and 120,000 deaths with a population of 70million, so we know China is not being honest. So why do we not call China out? Diplomacy kicks in, even if we do know who to blame, we need China and the WHO to assist in the recovery and for a country like the UK or other European countries hit by Covid, we can not actually afford to openly fall out with China. China is a leading investor in the UK and often the leading investor by far in other European countries and the largest supplier of raw materials and manufactured fixings, so any disruption to this will have a detrimental effect on our economy.
So, yes, the virus is likely to be a man-made piece of biological warfare, created by China in the Wuhan lab. But don’t expect to see a rush of acknowledgement form UK, United States or any other western country, because we cannot risk upsetting China, even if that means telling the truth.
